Execute the agreement and confirm the outstanding Schedule 1 customer details.

Design, procurement, installation, testing, metering verification and commissioning.

    Following conditions precedent

Target within 180 days after all conditions precedent are fulfilled, subject to stated exceptions

  7. Operate, report & decide

    Clause 6 / Clause 23

    Across the term

Timings are targets, with stated exceptions

Conditions precedent are normally cleared within 30 days of signature unless extended in writing, and operational commencement targets within 180 days after all conditions are fulfilled, subject to the exceptions in the agreement. These are objectives, not fixed guarantees.

The 10-year window sits inside a 15-year term

The service term runs 15 years from commencement, with automatic five-year renewals and good-faith tariff renegotiation at renewal. The projection in this proposal covers the first 10 years of that term.
